My eBay account has been reinstated . . . finally
Yep, finally eBay have reinstated my account although how long it will last this time is an unknown quantity
I uploaded some new listings and set them to start in seven days. I asked eBay to check them and let me know whether they were ok with regards to their policies etc. This is the reply I received:
Hello Richard,
Thank you for your email. We appreciate you taking the time to ask
whether or not the item you want to relist is allowed on eBay.
While we’d like to be able to give you a definitive “yes” or “no”
answer, please understand that we’re not in a position to do so.
Unlike a traditional auction house, we’re not involved in the
transaction and we don’t see items before they’re listed. We simply act
as a venue for buyers and sellers to meet. If reported to us, listings
may be removed for breaching the law, a rights owner’s intellectual
property rights or because they blatantly breach eBay listing policies.
I recommend you review our listing policies in detail to help you decide
whether or not to list your item. Copy these links into new browser
windows for more information:
http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/policies.html
http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/questions/prohibited-items.html
I trust this explains why we can’t give you a specific approval, and
helps you decide whether to list your item. I sincerely hope your eBay
sales run smoothly.
Kind regards,
Rita Knightly
eBay Trust & Safety
Nice of them to take charge and help Powersellers stay protected, not!
If my listings get removed again that will be the end of it for me. I can no longer trust such a shoddy company with my business.
I’m taking my business promotion offline via magazines and newspaper ads very soon anyway and I know that this will generate me much more money than eBay does. The traffic from eBay (not to mention the subscribers) was nice tho
I have been buying lots of video products lately to sell via Kunaki. These types of products sell for much higher prices which in turn is higher profits. The latest set of video products I’ve bought all come with Private Label Rights (http://www.rlb-publishing.co.uk/plrgold) and there’s 8 in total plus some more in the upsell you see when you purchase (I didn’t bother with the upsell or downsell).
If you’re still unsure about how to create your own multimedia cd/dvd products then here’s a four disc package that will show you everything you need to know: http://www.rlb-publishing.co.uk/4cdspecial/
You get resell/duplication rights to those discs as well.
Richard
